At DREAVERR DIGITAL SOLUTIONS LLP ("we," "us," or "our"), operating under the brand name earningsapi.io, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality digital products and services.

1. Payment Processing

All EarningsAPI subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Ultra) are processed by Paddle.com as the authorized reseller and merchant of record. Your payment contract is with Paddle. Subscriptions are billed quarterly - one payment covers three months of access.

2. Refunds

Refunds are governed entirely by Paddle's Refund Policy. We do not apply any additional qualifiers, exceptions, or conditions beyond what Paddle provides.

• Statutory consumer rights under applicable law are fully respected.

3. Subscription Cancellation

Cancel at any time via the "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email, via paddle.net, or from your earningsapi.io dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing quarter; API access continues until that date.

4. Chargebacks

If you encounter a billing issue, we encourage you to contact Paddle support or email us at support@earningsapi.io before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on our website.

6. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Canada, British Columbia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
