Great. And so a quorum requires a majority of the company's paid up voting share capital. So quorum is present in the meeting is duly conveyed. Mr. De Angelis, anything else on that front?

Unknown Executive executive

No, at this point, we just go to the agenda, and we deal with proposal #1, first, please.

Vikas Mittal executive

Okay. Proposal #1 is the name change of the company to XTERAX Corporation II, X-T-E-R-A-X and then Proposal 2 will be a German of the meeting if necessary. So we'll start with proposal 1, the name change of the company to XTERAX Corporation II. The resolution to be voted on is as follows. I'll directly resolved as a special resolution that, a, subject to the proposed a new name forming with Section 30 of the Companies Act as revised of the Cayman Islands, the name of the company be changed from Karman Line Acquisition Corp. to XTERAX Corporation 2 with the mediate effect, the name change, and b, immediately following the name change, the company adopt the second amendment and restated memorandum and Articles of Association in the form set forth in [indiscernible] to the proxy statement and substitution for an exclusion of the company's existing amended and restated memorandum and Articles of Association to reflect the name change. Approval of Proposal 1 requires a special resolution being the affirmative vote of at least 2/3 of the vote cast by the holders of Class A and Class B ordinary shares voting together as a single class present in person or by proxy and voting at this meeting. The Board of Directors unanimously recommends that shareholders vote for Proposal 1. The votes are -- the polls are now open for Proposal 1. If you have already submitted a proxy, you do not need to vote again, shareholders of record attending the webcast who wish to vote or change their vote may do so through the webcast portal. We'll give folks a minute now to do that. And then we'll close the polls for Proposal 1 in about a minute or so. [Voting]

And so we'll give folks to 10:11 a.m., about 1.5 minutes if there's anyone that wishes to vote or change their vote. Okay. Great. Because sufficient votes have been received to approve proposal...

Mr. Chairman? Yes. So the current votes cast are not quite at the 2/3 threshold. So I will need to see the latest voting report of the new votes cast during the polls when they were open today to make sure we achieve the threshold. That will take approximately 15 minutes, and we can end the meeting prior to that, and we can have the voting on Proposal 2 for the [indiscernible] We anticipate that we will have ample votes once the new votes are cast and counted, in which case adjournment 2 will not be reported in the results of the meeting. So at this point, we have an adjournment also voted on by the shareholders as of this morning which does meet the threshold for an adjournment. So thank you, Mr. Chairman, for conducting the meeting and approximately within 15 to 30 minutes, I'll have the final results of the voting, and we'll be able to report the results to our shareholders.

Okay. Great. Appreciate it. Mr. Inspection of the elections. Why don't we open it for questions? It's 10:16 a.m. Eastern on October 19. If there are any questions, I don't see any having come in. We'll give it a second. Okay, great. With that, we will close the meeting, and we will -- XTERAX will or Karman Line will update the market with the results in short order.
