Hello, everyone, and welcome to the Qatar Lesha Bank call. Please note that this call is being recorded. [Operator Instructions] I will now hand the call over to our moderator, Shahan. Please go ahead.
Thank you, Jeanine, and hello, everyone. I want to welcome you to Lesha Bank's Second Quarter and First Half 2026 Financial Results Conference Call. So on this call from management, we have Tauseef Malik, the bank's CFO. So -- and as usual, we will conduct this call with first, management reviewing the company's results followed by a Q&A session. I will turn the call over now to Tauseef. Please go ahead.
Assalamu'alaikum, everyone, and good afternoon. As Shahan mentioned, this is Muhammad Tauseef Malik. I'm CFO. So I'll just give you a brief on our results, and then later on, we can have question and answer. So I'm pleased to present the results of Lesha Bank for 6 months period, which has ended 30 June 2026. The net profit pertains to shareholders, we closed at QAR 123.7 million, which is 50% increase over the previous year same period. For H1, the total income reached to QAR 239 million, which is 55% increase from last year, which means the June 2025. The other different incomes like just if you will go some details on the income, we have a dividend income, QAR 138 million. We have a placement QAR 82 million, Sukuk QAR 78 million. The total assets also increased 54% in comparison to 30th June 2025, and we closed at QAR 11.1 billion. The bank's investment reached to QAR 4.7 billion, which is 28% increase. Last year same period, it was QAR 3.7 billion. And the total equity is QAR 1.5 billion. It was QAR 1.4 billion last year. The return on average equity is 16.2% on annualized basis. Return on average assets is 2.6% also on average annualized basis. The book value is reached to QAR 1.38 and the earnings per share is QAR 0.221. So these are all the balance sheet and income numbers and the AUM, which is our main business has increased significantly, which is 78% growth from last year, and we closed at QAR 19.2 billion by 30th June 2026.
