Hi, everyone. This is Mohammed Al Qadi, Communication and Investor Relation Manager. With me here, the CFO, Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim. Today, I will talk about the Investor Relations presentation. We will talk about the first quarter of 2025. In this presentation, we have only the financial statement and Mr. Ahmed will be with you.

[Foreign Language] everyone. I don't know if actually we have our big speakers of the whole English. So anyway, [Foreign Language], the earnings per share, QAR 0.027 [Foreign Language]. Mazaya Real Estate Development disclosed its financial statement for the period ended March 31, 2025. The statement shows a net profit of QAR 26.8 million compared to a net profit amounting to QAR 7 million for the same period last year. The earnings per share for the period QAR 0.027 for this -- for March 31, 2025 compared to QAR 0.007 for the same period last year. So this is just a brief on the result of the financial statement for the period and for the balance sheet, there is no much change except for the accounts receivable and accounts payable, there is a prorated entry, which is related to the payment of the claim for the court case that was in the court filed by one of the contractors in one of our projects. So this was eliminated in both payable and receivable in the March 31, 2025 due to the enforcement of the case. And also the related letter of guarantees was also completed in this regard.
