Operator operator
#4

[Operator Instructions] The first question is from the line of Rahul Agarwal from Incred Assets.

Rahul Agarwal analyst
#5

First question is on the inventory gain, which we would have had in March because of higher PVC pricing. Could you give the number for the fourth quarter or for the full year? Whichever you have.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#6

On full year, they may be [indiscernible] even to [indiscernible] earlier quarter [indiscernible] gross.

Rahul Agarwal analyst
#7

Yes. Sir, I am aware of that.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#8

No, we don't see any inventory gain for full year. But in the fourth quarter, they may even [indiscernible] net to net, maybe around INR 70 crores to INR 80 crores.

Rahul Agarwal analyst
#9

Okay, sir. Got that. And sir, second and last question was on CapEx. You have dated in the press release about the CapEx, but any plans on the packaging side where you think you would expect capacity? .

Mahavir Taparia executive
#10

Packaging side, we are [indiscernible] going on [indiscernible] the land comes in our position, then we announce looking efficiently to make packaging product -- we [indiscernible] key area. Mostly month for export market. .

Rahul Agarwal analyst
#11

Sir, how much would be the CapEx go? What kind of [indiscernible] we should...

Mahavir Taparia executive
#12

Let the rent come [indiscernible] then we will talk, please.

Rahul Agarwal analyst
#13

And last question, sir, what is the growth for CPVC pipes and fittings?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#14

Last year, the growth around 28%.

Operator operator
#15

The next question is from the line of Sharvan Shah from Dolat Capital.

Shravan Shah analyst
#16

Sir, now how are we looking at the overall volume in piping volume for FY '27?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#17

Piping [indiscernible] 15% to 17%.

Shravan Shah analyst
#18

15% to 17% in piping, and overall?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#19

Overall around 12%.

Unknown Executive executive
#20

12 to 13%.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#21

12% to 13%.

Shravan Shah analyst
#22

12%, 13%. And for margin, sir, how now we look at the margins?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#23

Margin [indiscernible] between 14% to 14.5%.

Shravan Shah analyst
#24

14.5%. Okay.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#25

[indiscernible] 14.5%.

Shravan Shah analyst
#26

14.5%, sir?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#27

14% to 14.5%.

Shravan Shah analyst
#28

Okay. 14% to 14.5%. Got it. Sir, how -- given the PVC prices so much volatility that we have seen INR 47, 48 [indiscernible] in the January to March [indiscernible] down. So how one can look at, do we still see the volatility to continue? Or now it seems to be stabilizing. And now in the last 10, 15 days, how are we seeing the channel inventory or the demand because such a volatility is there, how it is impacting the demand? .

Mahavir Taparia executive
#29

[indiscernible] commodity product remain volatile [indiscernible] situation. [indiscernible] typically too much [indiscernible] price [indiscernible] can't demonstrate throughout the year [indiscernible] meant [indiscernible] . And now the [indiscernible] price come down right lot, we shipped 12 to [indiscernible] the price coming down by [indiscernible], nearly 30% price went down, but [indiscernible] in the month of March price went up by 32%. So the price increased we corrected in the month of April. Now the inventory also the [indiscernible] can level up mostly clear. So we do not anticipate now any [indiscernible] because [indiscernible] getting weaker, [indiscernible] will be around [indiscernible]we can -- we have to import dependent. So we do not see any [indiscernible] erosion now in [indiscernible]

Shravan Shah analyst
#30

Got it, sir. And lastly, sir, this INR 110,000 capacity that we are adding, out of that, how much will be in the piping segment? And are this entire INR 110,000 will be added by FY '27?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#31

[indiscernible] FY '27, for sure. Under [indiscernible] will be entitle [indiscernible] only.

Shravan Shah analyst
#32

Okay. The entire would be in the piping you are saying? .

Mahavir Taparia executive
#33

Under [indiscernible] will be mostly in material lending system.

Shravan Shah analyst
#34

Okay. Got it. And then lastly, in terms of the -- for this one particular specifically, do we see any inventory gain or loss?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#35

[indiscernible] they can't [indiscernible]

Shravan Shah analyst
#36

I understand. But because the previous --

Mahavir Taparia executive
#37

Find again in the [indiscernible] inventory gain.

Shravan Shah analyst
#38

Got it. Got it sir.Thank you and all the best sir.

Operator operator
#39

Our next question is from the line of Keshav Lahoti from HDFC Securities.

Keshav Lahoti analyst
#40

Hello. Thank you for the opportunity. Sir my first question is can we bifurcate in your view the Q4 volume growth, we believe channel inventory has improved in Q4. So possibly what would be the growth because of end demand and because of channel inventory?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#41

[indiscernible] is not visible to just quantify [indiscernible] it. They are more than INR 50,000. We don't [indiscernible], not worth [indiscernible].

Keshav Lahoti analyst
#42

Sir, can you give a sense on how channel inventory has moved in Q4 quarter month-wise? And lastly, how is the channel inventory after now?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#43

No idea [indiscernible]. No idea [indiscernible]

Operator operator
#44

The next question is from the line of Praveen Sahay of [indiscernible] capital.

Praveen Sahay analyst
#45

My first question is related to the demand, especially for the Agri. As we had seen a lot of fluctuation in the previous [indiscernible] prices. And we also understand the Q4 and Q1 where the every demand comes in. So do you see any impact on the agri demand, especially because of the previous [indiscernible] price, fluctuation in the Q4?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#46

No. [indiscernible] Q1. Q4 demand in the month of March, but now Q1 -- now we are taking Q1 only, now demand [indiscernible] full force, there's no issue. Big demand now coming from [indiscernible] segment.

Praveen Sahay analyst
#47

So with the price correction, demand has picked up in the agri?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#48

Prices come down very low. And agri sector don't keep inventory [indiscernible] normally, they don't keep. As of now, prices are quite low so demand has come very [indiscernible].

Praveen Sahay analyst
#49

Okay. And also with this fluctuation in the plate prices, have you seen any impact on the plumbing, especially some delay from the builder side or project side of the business in Q4?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#50

You can't compare building without plumbing.

Praveen Sahay analyst
#51

Okay. One clarification on the...

Mahavir Taparia executive
#52

[indiscernible] The structure [indiscernible] there is no demand [indiscernible].

Praveen Sahay analyst
#53

Okay. Okay, sir. And one clarification on your 38% of Y-o-Y growth in the CPVC, is that of a volume or value?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#54

[indiscernible] value. We don't know.

Praveen Sahay analyst
#55

This is a volume growth in the CPVC. .

Mahavir Taparia executive
#56

Yes. For the full year.

Praveen Sahay analyst
#57

For the full year. And can you give any addition, how much is that contribute to our total piping business?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#58

No idea.

Operator operator
#59

[Operator Instructions] The next question is from the line of Sneha from Nuvama.

Sneha Talreja analyst
#60

[indiscernible] Just a couple of questions from me. What would have been the industry growth in FY '26? So any number there or maybe even Q4 would be helpful.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#61

[indiscernible]

Sneha Talreja analyst
#62

Yes, sir.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#63

And we are told by related provisions, they [indiscernible] minus 9%.

Sneha Talreja analyst
#64

Minus 9% of FY '26 growth?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#65

FY '26 [indiscernible] volume degrowth by 9% in plastic piping system in the country.

Sneha Talreja analyst
#66

[indiscernible] How are things looking up from your thing from polymer suppliers or you all say that the industry is likely to grow in FY '27. Any update that you've seen in [indiscernible] results.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#67

No, you're right. I'm not hear your question. Not [indiscernible] what you asked.

Sneha Talreja analyst
#68

So what's the kind of growth at an industry level that we're expecting in FY '27? And any updates that you seen [indiscernible] scheme because there were very recently some allocations made?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#69

Industry growth, yes, you can ask, [indiscernible] they told [indiscernible] 8% growth this year.

Sneha Talreja analyst
#70

Anything on [indiscernible] sir, recently the were allocations?Have we seen any [indiscernible] starting to replace any fund releases?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#71

No. No. As of now, we don't see any update on that. You see this [indiscernible] depends upon the state and central government corporation. So [indiscernible]

Unknown Executive executive
#72

[indiscernible] depend on the [indiscernible] supporting to continue down. So unless [indiscernible]. So [indiscernible] we are not sure. Up till now that never happen to the [indiscernible] of the government to [indiscernible] to central government. Last 2 years also what your budget they announced in February -- 1 February, they could spent only 1/3 amount. So we are not sure this year also.

Operator operator
#73

The next question is from the line of Sonali from Jefferies.

Sonali Salgaonkar analyst
#74

Congratulations on a good set of numbers. So my question is about the Middle East impact on the polymers. You did mention in your press release that the impact on polytheliene products is much higher as compared to PVC. But just wanted to understand the broader dynamics of demand supply globally as to what, in your view, can be impacted more? And what impact can trickle down to Supreme's product or supply because of that?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#75

No, no, [indiscernible] all the polymers. They are not only making polymer, they are also supplying [indiscernible] for the polymer to the brand [indiscernible] Asia, Southeast Asia, that posture effected. So we want to get to the [indiscernible] capacity worldwide bring way.

Sonali Salgaonkar analyst
#76

Sir, if that is the case in your best understanding why are the PVC prices going down, right? Is it because that the government of India revoked the import duty for a period of 3 months? Or is it because globally, the supply of PVC has increased over the past 1 month.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#77

[indiscernible] the volume of production.

Sonali Salgaonkar analyst
#78

That's right. Sir, I'm asking of PVC resin price.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#79

The point is previously [indiscernible] expected huge volume is coming from China. And China production is not best on crude [Operator Instructions], given such a best on gold. So gold to PVC China is a very large [indiscernible] defect by any gulf disruption. So China big player in India. Now they become bigger players.

Sonali Salgaonkar analyst
#80

So because of debt, do you see defect in India?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#81

There are really big supply from China.

Sonali Salgaonkar analyst
#82

So you foresee the prices of PVC to go down further, like we have seen in the past 2 weeks. Is that understanding?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#83

[indiscernible] don't go up very much. [indiscernible] go up, but we did not go up the way the [indiscernible] gone up.

Operator operator
#84

The next question is from the line of Tajas Pradhan from Citigroup. .

Tejas Pradhan analyst
#85

So just on the notes to accounts, the note #6, you have mentioned the change in labor hold provisioning I noticed that last quarter, it was mentioned that INR 15.38 crores is the provisioning. And in this quarter, it is mentioned as INR 14.4 crores. So I just wanted to clarify if this is in addition to the INR 15.38 crores that was provided in the third quarter? Or is there any sort of revaluation of the provision and the net full year impact is now INR 14.4 crores.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#86

Correct. Is the net full year impact. Earlier in the Q3, we've estimated based on our working, but based on the actual valuation report, which we have made now March '26. It is a full year impact. So 15.3% reduced to 14.4%.

Tejas Pradhan analyst
#87

Okay. Understood. And on -- secondly, on the industry, I mean, would you be able to -- like for Supreme Industries, would you be able to sort of take up the volume range that we saw in this quarter between Jan and Fairbank, how the trends were in March? And if you can maybe extend that to April as well between these 3 periods how were the trends for both us and the industry. .

Mahavir Taparia executive
#88

We have told the annual good expectation. Already told you.

Unknown Executive executive
#89

[indiscernible] we don't declare or we don't discuss. [indiscernible] quarter-on-quarter, we always give the data. In April, yes...

Mahavir Taparia executive
#90

We already admit that. We go 15% to 17% type of business for the current year and [indiscernible]

Unknown Executive executive
#91

We wanted April, which is not [indiscernible] .

Mahavir Taparia executive
#92

Expectations are over now.

Unknown Executive executive
#93

Yes, any, maybe not give month-to-month figure of.

Tejas Pradhan analyst
#94

Sure. Sir, any qualitative sense would have also been great, but I mean, depending on what you want to dispose. Yes.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#95

As you know, the year has begun with still the geopolitical conflict continued. So really, you can't think of it better things today. But yes, will let us hope for the better situation to come. .

Operator operator
#96

The next question is from the line of Bhavin Rupani from Investec.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#97

So first question is related to some PVC. So what is our average procurement cost of PVC, which is standing as inventory as on 31st March?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#98

[indiscernible] E&D requirement.

Unknown Executive executive
#99

Cost of the inventory, what is you are carrying into go.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#100

See, these are the classified information. We don't really disclose those kind of things.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#101

All right. Sir, in terms of days, what would be the number of days of PVC inventory doing [indiscernible] 31 March.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#102

We must keep a plant adequate [indiscernible] plant will go running. We [indiscernible] import both to a local and not ready trade, slightly more than local. [indiscernible] also. But import, we need to see the pipeline. We don't take improvement decision. So the plant should not be short of [indiscernible] not [indiscernible] available. The India imports 68% requirement, 32% only supply locally. So when doubled the requirement [indiscernible] China, you to keep inventory in plant or warehouse [indiscernible] we are [indiscernible] supply. So we never sharing huge supply to our customers. So we won't tell [indiscernible].

Unknown Analyst analyst
#103

Sir, just second question on [indiscernible] what would be our volumes from [indiscernible] during the quarter? .

Mahavir Taparia executive
#104

[indiscernible] capacity 70,000 tonnes, and we [indiscernible] capacity. So all will get around 48,000 tonnes, 49,000 tonnes biggest volume this year.

Unknown Executive executive
#105

In [indiscernible] plants are running normally from February onwards. See initial [indiscernible] foremost, it took time to revamp and refurbish everything. [indiscernible], there are number parts.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#106

Sir, what is the contribution in terms of volumes...

Operator operator
#107

Return to the queue? Pavan, could you return to the queue, please?

Unknown Analyst analyst
#108

This is just a follow-up, just a follow-up.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#109

So about 4,000 a month from February, March, if you look at it. So for the quarter, it could be on 10,000 tonnes.

Operator operator
#110

The next question is from the line of Girish Choudhary from Avendus [indiscernible].

Girish Choudhary analyst
#111

Firstly, if you could give us some insights on the competitive dynamics, especially after the war, where we have seen significant volatility in resin prices. accelerated market share gains? And then now that the resin prices have reversed, are these small and manufacturers coming back strongly into the market.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#112

[indiscernible] running a plant. [indiscernible] A big market.

Girish Choudhary analyst
#113

Okay. In terms of the raw material availability challenges do you hear anything about the small manufacturers facing some issues and...

Mahavir Taparia executive
#114

We are not aware -- we have no [indiscernible]. So we are not in any way not getting [indiscernible] [indiscernible] is adequately available.

Girish Choudhary analyst
#115

Okay. So my second question is on the Windows business. So if you could give us some sense on what kind of revenues we can expect in the next 1 year and the margins as well.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#116

Window. And [indiscernible] key -- how much you can share? [indiscernible] we achieve full capacity utilization, it should be about INR 200 crores, INR 250 crores this annual revenue. .

Unknown Executive executive
#117

Around INR 250 crore annual revenue will get. We have put a smart capacity. So we may get INR 200 crores, INR 250 crores annually when we start [indiscernible] platform.

Girish Choudhary analyst
#118

Okay. And can we assume similar margins for this business as well?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#119

Margin would be better. It's a customized window.

Unknown Executive executive
#120

Profitable [indiscernible]. [indiscernible] was at INR 200 crores in the business. So margin, we [indiscernible] maintained to be [indiscernible] on the [indiscernible] effect.

Operator operator
#121

Our next question is from the line of Durgesh Shukla from InCred Capital. .

Unknown Analyst analyst
#122

Actually, my question was similar to that labor law code provision, which has already been answered. So this was over from my side.

Operator operator
#123

The next question is from Shubham Shukla from Voyager Capital. .

Unknown Analyst analyst
#124

I'm relatively new and currently trying to build a better understanding of this industry. I wanted to get a sense on the rod capacity utilization scenario, both for our company and the industry. From what I have observed utilization levels seem to be largely in the 60, 70 ballpark range, while capacity addition [indiscernible] to me, I wanted to ask what is the ideal utilization? And how do you define lower and higher organization banks, both for company and more broadly for the industry?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#125

[indiscernible] if you are able to use 70%, 65%, utilization, [indiscernible] see demand come down. Normally we can see that. [indiscernible] worldwide, [indiscernible] is increasing. [indiscernible] business [indiscernible] business situation, sometimes you may not get 75%, 70% or 68%.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#126

Okay. So 75% is the ceiling, which we hit and [indiscernible] go up more than that. .

Mahavir Taparia executive
#127

A business center looking quite okay. If the range remain already normal. No. No problem to [indiscernible] very far. Products we [indiscernible] business be effected.

Operator operator
#128

The next question is from the line of Utkarsh Nopany from Anandrathi.

Utkarsh Nopany analyst
#129

Sir, my first question is regarding the plastic pipe raise volume growth which you have reported for the March quarter. Sir, you have mentioned that the agri pipe demand got impacted in the month of March because the resin prices have fallen. And the demand for intra pipes from [indiscernible] mission has not yet picked up. So I just wanted to know what has led to such sharp growth for us in the March quarter. Is it because of the [indiscernible]

Mahavir Taparia executive
#130

In March demand is falling into [indiscernible] to going down. If you pay [indiscernible]

Unknown Executive executive
#131

[indiscernible]

Mahavir Taparia executive
#132

If you went month of March, the price went up so steeply, the farmer [indiscernible] buy the goods in the month of March. Now the price has come down. So now the demand is normal. [indiscernible] It [indiscernible] down by INR 33 kilo. No demand is normal, so there is no issue.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#133

No, for the March quarter, I wanted to know, sir, was it majorly driven by the plumbing pipe? And is it because of the channel refilling or we are seeing a strong growth for the plumbing side demand?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#134

[indiscernible] the harvest of [indiscernible] comes [indiscernible]

Unknown Analyst analyst
#135

Okay. And sir, like whether the plumbing pipe demand was coming from across the region or was it from any particular region like rural or urban, if you can throw some light over here?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#136

The country [indiscernible] believe they [indiscernible] out of function, [indiscernible]

Unknown Analyst analyst
#137

Sir, on the PVC resin price, can you just specify what would be the current PVC resin price in the market right now? And do you see any further pressure in the PVC resin prices in near future?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#138

[indiscernible] have INR 81-kilo, and we anticipate [indiscernible] going down and pressure will go up now.

Operator operator
#139

The next question is from the line of Kumar Saumya from Ambit Capital.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#140

Sir, a couple of questions from my side. So I just wanted to understand the raw material availability, you like PVC abundant. So how is the situation on SDP side, PT polystyrene, how are they currently available in the market?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#141

[indiscernible] available in India. We don't see any raw material, which is not available.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#142

Got it. Got it. And sir, secondly, sir, you said the volume for 4Q from margin is about 10,000 tonnes since the plant started from February onwards. So is it that the plant did not contribute before that? And this is the annual volume as well?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#143

Annually, we should get 50,000 tonnes from [indiscernible].

Unknown Analyst analyst
#144

In FY '26, how much was it?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#145

We just started the [indiscernible] in a month of August, then we are [indiscernible], so we get normal pressure only from February. So you might have an entry in this quarter. But now for the full year, we anticipate you may get 48,000 tonnes to 5,000 tonnes this year.

Operator operator
#146

[Operator Instructions] The next question is from the line of Rahul Agarwal from [indiscernible] asset.

Rahul Agarwal analyst
#147

Just referring to the other expenditure number in the quarter, is INR 390 crores, and this number was similar in third quarter also, despite 25% volume growth on a Q-o-Q basis, just wanted to understand if there is any one-off onetime investment to this number?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#148

No, nothing is specific.

Rahul Agarwal analyst
#149

Typically, sir, this number generally in fourth quarter goes up because of higher volumes. So hence, I was wondering if there is any investment which is done in language.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#150

It is other expensive number consists of either repairs for the advent publicity, which was controlled right from quarter 3 itself when they see [indiscernible] doing well, so more inflation or more increase in those kind of figures.

Rahul Agarwal analyst
#151

Okay. So publicity was INR 125 crores last year. So it's basically flat Y-o-Y [indiscernible]

Mahavir Taparia executive
#152

So this year, it is INR 98 crores only. Yes.

Operator operator
#153

The next question is from Dara from DSP Mutual Fund.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#154

I wanted some understanding on the depreciation. We had already capitalized up to like the cash outflow when we see in the second half was roughly INR 566 crores into investment, which was about INR 814 crores as of FY '26. Is it INR 250-odd crores of increase in the CapEx? But the depreciation to that expense seems to be very high. The depreciation increase in the second half seems to be very high. What could be the reason behind this?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#155

You are to see the last year capital work-in progress, it was more than INR 400 crores. We did also good capitalized this year. Our closing working probes is only INR 136 crore. [indiscernible] and you have to look at the -- because whatever [indiscernible] have been made previous years and the work in progress also gets capitalized.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#156

Got it. Okay. And then this year, we believe it will further go up at INR 1,000-odd crores.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#157

[indiscernible] acquisition also separately.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#158

Right. So even if I take into account [indiscernible], the depreciation increase seems to be higher than a normal like a usual number.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#159

[indiscernible] total addition to [indiscernible] INR 1,400 crores this year. [indiscernible]

Unknown Analyst analyst
#160

INR 1,400 would also include [indiscernible]?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#161

Yes.

Operator operator
#162

The next question is from the line of Ritesh Shah from Investec Capital.

Ritesh Shah analyst
#163

Congratulations on good set of numbers. Sir, a few questions. Sir, how should we understand PVC resin prices resin made by a [indiscernible] and where it made resin which is made by ABC is an ECM route? .

Mahavir Taparia executive
#164

No, both.

Unknown Executive executive
#165

They make PVC and make the product. So there's no difference for you. .

Mahavir Taparia executive
#166

For some carbamate continue more than 1%. Then people can persist good materials for use of quality [indiscernible] supply. [indiscernible] of them made a [indiscernible] previously, we [indiscernible] than 1%. So less than 1% [indiscernible] there is no issue compared to that [indiscernible] again, we don't see any problem. We published [indiscernible] this [indiscernible] decades in India.

Ritesh Shah analyst
#167

Okay. That is helpful. Sir, second is, any update on our windows and profiles business? That is one. And secondly, anything on the gas piping side, I think we did receive an order on electrofusion fittings from mass Natural Gas Limited by [indiscernible]. So how [indiscernible] this business is actually doing, sir?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#168

Our plant is started, we started sharing in the month of March already. And gas pipe, we [indiscernible] all separate the pipe, we separate the tricking also. We are the only company agent today who supplied a 5 -- [indiscernible] getting back nature cash. We got order from [indiscernible] companies and more orders are under negotiation. So the wee requirement for getting the price under the ground and above the ground, we made preeminent-type which also issue order that also made the requirement of handling the natural gas.

Ritesh Shah analyst
#169

Sir, how big can this business be for us, the gas piping business?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#170

We don't know how big the company will buy. We can't change [indiscernible] completely [indiscernible] We are -- given [indiscernible] volume.

Ritesh Shah analyst
#171

Sir, how much is our capacity over here?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#172

We will [indiscernible] we can make 10,000 pipe per month actually, but it is [indiscernible] on 9 plants. So depending on which plant they will place order, it would [indiscernible] supply them, we usually 10,000 tonnes in a month.

Ritesh Shah analyst
#173

Okay. And sir, builders and profiles, sir, have we launched it on a pan-India basis? Or is it really in a few states? And what is the capacity over here? And how do we see this growing?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#174

Only U.K. and NCR.

Ritesh Shah analyst
#175

Only U.K. and NCR. Okay. And sir, how much is our capacity over here?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#176

Around 10,000 windows per month.

Operator operator
#177

[Operator Instructions] Our next question is from the line of [indiscernible], an individual investor.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#178

So I understand the performance. I was wondering in terms of consolidation of market, how have you seen the organization of the overall market? And in terms of CPVC also, I think [indiscernible] very lofty goes in terms of donating [indiscernible] higher rate. So could you explain how are you seeing still entering CPVC? And how is it -- how are you facing competition on versus an ordination of the market? And how has it expanded in the market?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#179

[indiscernible] I don't follow what we want to ask from us. We are [indiscernible] surprise. [indiscernible] supplier, [indiscernible] supplier, [indiscernible]

Unknown Analyst analyst
#180

Sorry, I think I didn't -- I was not -- clear my question was about talking about the market share. How was Supreme Growth in terms of its market share and its CPVC versus the other piping divisions? And do you -- what kind of...

Mahavir Taparia executive
#181

[indiscernible] we don't know market shares. We don't know market share of our company in the CPVC market. we don't know.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#182

What about other segments, sir, rather than CPVC in the piping division?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#183

Maybe 10% to 13%.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#184

Do you have any goals in terms of expanding it from 13% mark to 20%, let's say, like what is the company doing in terms of standing the market share or...

Mahavir Taparia executive
#185

We plan to grow.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#186

Like what are the ideas internally that you have thought in terms of which market share would you like to grow to from the [indiscernible] level today?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#187

[indiscernible] putting more capacity [indiscernible] offering more systems, go on making more SKU system go [indiscernible], go on a [indiscernible] go on work in the export market. There are so many [indiscernible] and we are working in all all the revenues. [indiscernible]

Unknown Analyst analyst
#188

By, let's say, 2032 or 2030, like the next 4 years, what kind of market share targets that the management has today?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#189

We are working more now, first, how to [indiscernible] our export business. Our export [indiscernible] a $5 billion. We are working first how to reach $50 million very shortly. [indiscernible] perform focused way to grow big way in export market and definitely grow a big way in Indian market also. Plastic pipe [indiscernible], we have to [indiscernible] ingrate [indiscernible]

Unknown Analyst analyst
#190

Sir, but in terms of exports, like in terms of competition because the pipe is usually mostly like any volumetric rather than wait won't it be difficult to compete in the casual market? Like what are the markets you're looking to compete in?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#191

I don't ship. I [indiscernible] piping system. [indiscernible] also.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#192

Okay. So in terms of -- So you're not investing this pipe export your fitting part it, is it?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#193

We review both.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#194

Okay. And what geographies are we targeting, so today. Like in the short term...

Mahavir Taparia executive
#195

Throughout the world.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#196

Okay. But like for the 500 million segment, are we looking at Middle East, Africa or are we looking further also?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#197

[indiscernible] very small market for us. We want other put the other market also. We are operating for many years. Now we are making many parts of the world. [indiscernible] Then we come back to you only $5 million what is nothing [indiscernible].

Operator operator
#198

The next question is from the line of Ritesh Shah from Investec.

Ritesh Shah analyst
#199

Sir, the question is specifically on also. What we understand is there is a CAG audit, which is going on in a few states in the country. Sir, how do you read into this? Is that the reason why you indicated [indiscernible] would actually be slow? Or is there any other way to actually read it?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#200

The audit is going on [indiscernible] He says that when the [indiscernible]. We are talking less growth for [indiscernible] for the case.

Unknown Executive executive
#201

I'm not very worry. [indiscernible] auditor general.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#202

[indiscernible]. We said today only.

Unknown Executive executive
#203

We don't think the [indiscernible] that can be the reason.

Ritesh Shah analyst
#204

Okay. Any other reason why the government is probably going support it?

Unknown Executive executive
#205

[indiscernible] state government participate and they release their part of contribution. The central government is not releasing the funds. So still, we don't see the funds come into the ground.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#206

Anyway, we are a small player in the inventory supply. But in the last 2 years, government went [indiscernible] just [indiscernible] they announced INR 67,000 crores expenditures. And for the last 2 years, every year 67,000 ounces, and they spent only INR 22,000 crores. So question to our mind is because [indiscernible] state government [indiscernible] then the central government [indiscernible]

Ritesh Shah analyst
#207

Okay. Sir, just for understanding, if earlier the project was INR 100, how much was the contribution from the central government?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#208

We have no idea. [indiscernible].

Operator operator
#209

The next question is from Bhavin Vithlani from SBI Mutual Fund. .

Unknown Analyst analyst
#210

Congratulation for a good set of numbers. So question is on like you've added 5 manufacturing facilities over the last 12 months. So you added 5 manufacturing plants over the last 1 year. Could you talk about the -- how close you've got in terms of customers and the lead distance reduction that you've been able to get because of these new plants? And is there a numerical number in terms of savings that on the logistics cost that you've been able to get because of the new manufacturing facilities you were to move closer to the customer.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#211

We [indiscernible] good to the customers. Whole idea is the customer can [indiscernible] around our plant which is go down.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#212

So is there a savings that numbers in terms of percentage that you've been able to get by moving closer to the customer, 1% or 2% savings that you've been able to get a logistics.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#213

-- the whole idea [indiscernible] our rest us.

Unknown Executive executive
#214

So it become more affordable to the customer. We are not taking a [indiscernible] into our account, but we are becoming more competitive and more efficient.

Ritesh Shah analyst
#215

Sure. So the second part is you've added more SKUs as you mentioned. There are some white spaces that you said that you've been able to close that -- could you talk about the number of SKUs you've added and some of the white spaces, which were there in terms of that those products were not that you've been able to introduce this year?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#216

We were 15,600 plus some [indiscernible] and we were 45 system, which is we are growing already more and more SKUs system. And we are growing to be even to more system this year.

Ritesh Shah analyst
#217

Was there any gap because some of the checks that we do, we understand that high rises, is an area where there was some gap in products. Have you been able to close those product gaps?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#218

We don't have any give [indiscernible]. Nothing. [indiscernible] system today.

Ritesh Shah analyst
#219

Now when you compare a supreme vis-a-vis an Astral and specifically in the CPVC segment or AST, which areas have you identified where there are spaces now? And that you've been working to close those gaps?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#220

We are so many dots [indiscernible] start the attrition [indiscernible] can make a pay available. [indiscernible]

Ritesh Shah analyst
#221

All right. Just last part is, so you've been able to -- on a long period average, you've been able to grow around 13%. So if 1 looks at the year going ahead, in your view, what's the kind of volume growth that you believe you should be able to achieve? And we understand there have been uncertainties which always have been.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#222

No, [indiscernible] We look over the 2 million tonnes.

Ritesh Shah analyst
#223

Okay. In the current financial year?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#224

Not financial. Total [indiscernible] 2 million tonnes. [indiscernible] 6 million tonnes. So long way to go.

Ritesh Shah analyst
#225

Understand, sir. And on a profitability basis, what, in your view, is a sustainable EBITDA or EBIT margin that you see is that 1 should look at on a sustainable basis. We understand some quarters, there are inventory losses, some quarter inventory gains. But if one[indiscernible] that out, what's the sustainable level that one should expect [indiscernible].

Mahavir Taparia executive
#226

Yes. You must get returned more than 25% on the capital [indiscernible]. So we are earning more than 25% year after year for last 18 years. Now 18 years, we are seeing that our return on average to improve more than 25%. That's the only criteria, we follow in our company. .

Operator operator
#227

The next question is from the line of Varun from 361 Capital.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#228

I just want to see by then will the greenfield project be operational?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#229

Greenfield project. No, we have to yet to start work. All the 4 plants that we are now talking should be operational by end of March '27.

Unknown Executive executive
#230

But not fully, partly operational. Full operational [indiscernible] 2 years. No, [indiscernible] So it will be [indiscernible] this year and fully ready in next 2 years.

Unknown Analyst analyst
#231

Okay. And on the realization front, since last year, the PVP price on an average for the full year was less than around INR 70 per KG. And now our expectation is slightly higher, right? I mean, INR 25 to INR 80, then is it possible that there will be a better margin expansion than what we have guided around 4%, 4.5% because our relocation will be going forward? .

Mahavir Taparia executive
#232

We don't -- [indiscernible] we make PVC also, we make [indiscernible] also. So we make a growth [indiscernible] also. So 14% and 14.5% margin, we return in excess of 25% on capital impact. .

Unknown Executive executive
#233

Sustainable.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#234

We were on a sustainable business [indiscernible] 25% on the money what we invest. Anyway, [indiscernible]

Unknown Analyst analyst
#235

So sir, on the PVC segment, like only like price plastic price segment, like overall, what is the realization that we [indiscernible] suppose if [indiscernible] kind of stabilized around INR 75 per kg, like is there any kind of [indiscernible]

Mahavir Taparia executive
#236

There are several product in PVC also. Every [indiscernible] different margin basis [indiscernible] in the U.S. and what we have made to make get better. [indiscernible] several PVC made by [indiscernible] company. Share [indiscernible] application also. So there is no [indiscernible] share formula. It depends on the money what we used in the business [indiscernible] competition.

Operator operator
#237

Our last question is from the line of Karan Bhatelia from Amsec.

Karan Bhatelia analyst
#238

Sir, you mentioned that the PVC volume decline for the entire year was 9% for FY '26. Can you further get into decline for infra agri and plumbing at the industry level?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#239

Not our company. I said the country is decline, not PVC. I shared plastic piping [indiscernible] of 9% in the country. Now [indiscernible] only the rate [indiscernible] supply. We don't [indiscernible]. our country growth.

Karan Bhatelia analyst
#240

And you mentioned a 15% to 17% volume growth in piping, so that includes Wavin as well, right?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#241

Part of our company now -- there's no [indiscernible]. . [indiscernible] unit of superior industries.

Karan Bhatelia analyst
#242

All right. And sir, one last question. We had some outstanding INR 14 million kind of spending from the JJ and mission. So are we to recover that?

Mahavir Taparia executive
#243

[indiscernible].

Operator operator
#244

Ladies and gentlemen, that was the last question. I now hand the conference over to the management for closing comments.

Mahavir Taparia executive
#245

I'm very thankful all the analysts, very, very intelligent questions, and we thank very much [indiscernible] capital by providing to support assistants to us, and very thankful to [indiscernible]. Thank you very much. [indiscernible]

Operator operator
#246

On behalf of DAM Capital Advisors Limited, that concludes this conference call. Thank you all for joining us, and you may now disconnect your lines.

#247
