[Foreign Language] Welcome back, everybody. We would like to welcome you again on Dlala Investor Relations Conference Call for Third Quarter. I will give the mic to Mr. Mohammad Sohail, our Acting Finance Manager, to give a brief about our financial results. Mr. Mohammad, the mic is yours.

[Foreign Language]. I hope everyone is fine here. This is Mohammad Sohail from Dlala Holding. I'm the Acting Finance Manager of the group, and I will make a short brief about our quarter 3, 2026 results. During the period ended 30th September 2026, the group reported a net loss of QAR 6,518,000. Last period, it was a profit of QAR 9,250,000. The group net brokerage commission income has decreased by 12%. Group investment income decreased by 116%, this is due to the market volatility during the period. Interest income decreased by 22%. Our portfolio management income decreased by 27% due to the low performance of the stocks. Real estate income increased by 82%. Our loss per share as at 30th September 2026 is QAR 0.03. And last period, it was earnings per share QAR 0.05. Our G&A admin expense decreased by 4%. Our total group assets decreased by 17% and group total liabilities decreased by 43%, that's all.
