[Operator Instructions] we have a question from [indiscernible] from [indiscernible]Investment.

Just a question on this quarter's performance. Could you give us some color on why the [ net ] income has dropped 40% and why the [indiscernible] income has also dropped to 30 million from 40 million last year. Just some color on the performance, please.

Walid Ibrahim Arja executive
#6

Yes. The drop has happened because some of the loss-making portfolios we avoided from the top line. Accordingly, that policies also got reduced because the medical policies, the health policies last year, we faced a lot of challenges and the portfolio was in a loss overall. That is why we reduced. That's -- we took a decision based on the recommendation from our rating agency.

Okay. And how should we think about the second half? Like what are the trends that you are seeing now?

Walid Ibrahim Arja executive
#8

Yes. The second half is going to be stable. And of course, you know that the geopolitical situation here in Qatar and in the region and a lot of challenges are there for business communities, especially in the training and project engineering project. And, of course it will affect the insurance companies as well. But we are not expecting any major losses, but it is going to be stable.
